16-year-old Kalenn Nelson will be tried for murder

(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A prosecutor says 16-year-old Kalenn Nelson will be tried for murder despite a D-N-A test that shows she did not smoke a cigarette found at the scene. Prosecutors say the test doesn't prove Nelson didn't kill an Oklahoma City convenience store owner.
