It's a city inside a city, Junior Achievement of Greater Tulsa dedicated it's new "Exchange City" Tuesday.

From a bank and post office to many retail outlets, the innovated program teaches fifth graders about America's economic system. Tulsa School Superintendent Dr David Sawyer, "How very important it is for our youngest citizens to begin now to understand and value a strong effective economy in this fine country in which we live."

Tulsa is only one of 17 cities in the nation that has the "Exchange City" program.
