(El Reno-AP) -- A Catoosa man is dead after a four-vehicle pileup on Interstate 40.

Jinks Martin died Thursday of massive injuries at the scene of the Canadian County Crash.

Martin was in one of three vehicles stopped on the interstate due to traffic congestion. Martin's car was between two tractor-trailer rigs when fourth vehicle rear-ended the line of cars.

He and his passenger, Anna Martin, were pinned for about 30 minutes before the El Reno fire department freed them.

Anna Martin was flown to an Oklahoma City hospital in serious condition.

Driver inattention was listed as the cause of the pileup.
