The Williams Companies says it's selling a Tennessee crude oil refinery. The sale will mean $455-million for the company. But about 40 people at Williams’ Tulsa headquarters will lose their jobs.
Williams has sold more than $5-billion in assets over the past 15 months. It's trying to recoup some of its losses in its telecommunications and energy trading divisions.
