(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Governor Henry Thursday lowered the Oklahoma Homeland Security Threat Level from ``orange'' to ``yellow.''

Henry lowered the state's threat level after US Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge lowered the national level.

The governor had raised the state's level to ``orange'' after Ridge increased the national level 20 days ago.

Oklahoma Homeland Security Director Bob Ricks says Oklahomans should remain vigilant and report suspicious activity to authorities.
