A close call in south Tulsa when a fire in the fireplace set a home near 86th and Marion on fire.

Shortly after 1 AM Wednesday, a woman happened to wake up and saw a fire under the floor. She called firefighters. Officials say embers may have gotten through cracks in the bricks, sparking the fire.

Damage is estimated at $5,000.
