Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry has threatened to file a federal lawsuit, if Congress doesn't take action to clean up the Tar Creek Superfund site.

Henry has given federal officials six months to come up with a solution to the problems at Tar Creek in northeastern Oklahoma. It's the number one Superfund site in the nation.

He says all that's been done for 25 years is to talk and study it. Henry says it's time to get something done and he'll go to court if that's what it takes.
