Thousands of copies of the "family preparedness guide" arrived at area Quik Trips Thursday, but you couldn't get one. That's because the brochures that arrived Thursday morning had to be pulled off the shelves because of a printing problem.

The brochures offer information on surviving a natural or man-made disaster. They should be distributed again Thursday evening or Friday morning.
