Charges have been filed against a Tulsa woman accused of poisoning her son. Police say Patricia Creger intentionally gave her six-year-old son, Tillman Robson an overdose of methadone pills.
Creger is charged with causing injury to a minor child. Police say she was upset about a custody dispute with the child's father.
The boy was released from the hospital Wednesday and is now in the custody of his father in Washington State.
