A Delaware County man faces a variety of charges.

Jay Police say Randy Thomas locked his wife and daughter inside their home, doused it with gasoline and threatened to kill them with a machete.

Thomas is charged with endangering a person while committing arson, possession of drug paraphernalia and more.

He was arrested as he tried to get out of the house by crawling through a bedroom window.
