(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma's unemployment rate rose by 4/10ths of 1% during December.

Figures from the state Employment Security Commission show unemployment increased from 4.2% in November to 4.6% in December.

Officials say job losses in manufacturing, utilities and energy led to the rise.
