Tulsa Police want to talk to the person who witnessed an incident in downtown Tulsa Saturday that ended with someone dead.
A man called 911 when he saw another man with a gun in an alley. Here's a portion of that call. "I don't know if you've got a car anywhere near the area but in downtown Tulsa at Brady and Detroit. There's a guy in a Carhart jacket with a gun in his pocket and pulled it out and pointed it at a car that was trying to speed away. Like a silver Taurus looking car and didn't shoot it or anything like that because I think they saw me stop at the stop sign."
Tulsa Police say the incident the caller witnessed involved a man who had come to the rescue of a woman who claimed she was being sexually assaulted.
The rescuer pulled out a gun then shot and killed the rape suspect when the suspect tried to run over him. Police want to talk to the 911 caller about what he saw.
If you any information, call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
