A Tulsa company that allows Oklahomans to buy cheaper prescription drugs from Canada faces some potentially bad news.

The State Board of Pharmacy says it will file an injunction against Rx Depot. The state claims the business violates state and federal laws. The board has already sent two cease-and-desist orders to Rx Depot.

But company partner David Peoples says the business isn't breaking any laws.
