The BB gun vandals struck again early Tuesday morning. This time they hit the Rudisill Library at 1520 North Hartford.
The culprits shot out five windows including one of the new windows in the library's newest addition. Library executive director Richard Parker, "It's frustrating anytime you have that kind of vandalism. It's a public building and we're trying to make it beautiful as we can for everybody."
Tuesday, the city drafted an ordinance to allow police to confiscate BB-guns, slingshots, and pellet guns found in cars. The city council will vote at Thursday's meeting. More than 400 businesses have been targeted causing more than $176,000 worth of damage.
