(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State came out on top of a battle between the Number One and Number Two wrestling teams in the country.
Freshman Zack Esposito pinned Luke Moffitt in a little over four minutes to spark the Cowboys' 24-15 victory over the Iowa Hawkeyes Sunday.
Iowa rallied from a 14-to-3 deficit with three straight victories to take a 15-14 lead. Esposito's pin gave OSU a 20-to-15 advantage with one bout left.
Cowboy senior Jerrod Sanders closed it out with a 17-6 win over Iowa backup Chas DeVetter at 149 pounds.
OSU improves to 6-and-0 and will be the top seed for next weekend's National Duals in Columbus, Ohio.
Iowa fell to 6-and-1. The Hawkeyes will be seeded second and could get a rematch with OSU in the finals.
