An Oklahoma couple is back home after spending the holidays in Guam, volunteering for the Red Cross.

Frank and Adon Monks flew back into Tulsa Thursday. They'd been helping typhoon victims for the past three weeks. They say the Red Cross gave out about 20 million dollars in aid.

The couple said it was worth missing the holidays here, to help others. Adon Monk, "We retired early so we could volunteer for the Red Cross to help people in need."

This was the sixth time; the Monks have gone on Red Cross trips since last February.
