(Austin, Texas-AP) -- Stacy Stephens had 14 points and 10 rebounds as Number 20 Texas beat Oklahoma State 77-to-44 Wednesday night in Austin.

The Lady Longhorns outscored the Cowgirls 40-to-12 in the paint in a Big 12 Conference opener for both.

The 8-and-4 Lady Longhorns held Oklahoma State without a basket for the final 5 minutes and 57 seconds and turned 23 turnovers into 28 points.

The 4-and-8 Cowgirls got 10 points as the result of Texas' 17 turnovers.

Trisha Skibbe led the Cowgirls with 20 points, making 8-of-12 from the field and 3-of-5 free throws. Meghan Craig added 10 points. Skibbe and Shelby Hutchens had six rebounds each.
