A Tulsa man is in stable condition after driving off the Creek Turnpike into a dead end.

Tulsa Police officers say Martin Rios tried to exit the Turnpike at 31st Street, but didn't realize the road didn't go through. He drove off the road and over a ditch. When his car hit an embankment, Rios was thrown from the car.

He was flown to a Tulsa hospital for treatment. Tulsa Police are investigating whether Rios may have been driving drunk.
