Now that Arvin McGee has been set free, the question remains - who kidnapped and raped the Tulsa woman nearly 14 years ago?

Prosecutors say the victim is upset - not only because her attacker is still free but also because she helped convict an innocent man.

Officials hope DNA testing will help to find the real rapist - but there's no guarantee they'd even be able to try him.

Tim Harris, Tulsa County District Attorney: "We have agreed to run the test results through a national data base to look for a match, and even though I haven't researched it thoroughly, I believe the statute of limitations has run out."

Harris says this case shows the need for expanding the statute of limitations on violent crimes now that science is becoming more refined.

A bill to do just that is under consideration in the Oklahoma house.
