A Tulsa Police officer is out of a job. Officer Roy Johnson was fired Friday after 25-years on the force.

His termination follows an internal affairs investigation of a traffic stop that resulted in a DUI arrest. A follow-up investigation of that stop revealed the person arrested wasn't drunk. The investigation also found Johnson made false statements about the arrest.

Johnson can appeal his termination.
