A man convicted of raping a Tulsa woman more than ten years ago says DNA tests show he didn't commit the crime.

The Oklahoma Indigent Defense System says tests conducted on forensic evidence used at Arvin McGee Junior's trial excluded McGee as a suspect.

Tulsa County prosecutors want to test other items from the rape kit.
