A close call early Monday morning for two people when fire breaks out in their home.

Tulsa firefighters were called to the home in the 2100 block of East Ute around midnight. They arrived to find heavy smoke pouring out of the front of the home. The two people inside got out safely.

Officials believe the fire started around the hot water tank, but they are still investigating.
