A domestic argument turned fatal for a 26-year-old man in Tulsa during the weekend.

Tulsa Police and paramedics found the victim on a sidewalk outside his residence at the Comanche Park Apartments. It's the second shooting death at the apartment complex in the past three months.

In November, 22-year-old Sylvester Okonoboh died of a gunshot fired by his uncle in an argument over food. The uncle surrendered to police and has been charged with first-degree murder.
