One man is dead after an industrial accident in north Tulsa.

Tulsa Police say the man was crushed to death at a road construction site near Highway 75 and Highway 11. It happened around 10:45 AM. Tulsa Police Cpl John Lemelle, "He exited the forklift, without emergency break on, rolled into, and pinned between forklift tire and dump truck."

Authorities say no one saw the accident happen, so they can't be exactly sure how long the man had been pinned.

The victim's name has not been released.
