A Mounds man is dead following an accident. It happened in South Tulsa County on 181st Street South and Yale late Monday night.

Authorities say 28-year-old Jeremy Atwell was apparently speeding and lost control. The car hit a culvert, and then rolled three times before coming to a stop throwing Atwell from the vehicle.

Atwell died at the scene.
