An Oklahoma man was sentenced to death Friday in Tennessee for killing a tow truck driver. Steven Ray Thacker was convicted of the murder earlier in the week in Tiptonville, Tennessee.
A judge set a May 31st execution date, but appeals are expected to delay it.
Thacker also faces murder charges in Missouri and in Oklahoma for the December 1999 death of Laci Hill of Bixby.
