The nation's largest toy store chain is closing dozens of its stores.
Toys R Us announced Monday it will close 64 stores, 37 of which are Kids R Us chain stores. No word yet on whether Tulsa stores are included in those cuts.
The company will also layoff 1,900 employees. Toys R Us blames a slumping economy, extensive remodeling costs and fallout from the September 11th terrorist attacks for small profits.
