The last civil rights lawsuit against the county from former jail prisoners has been settled.

Robert Lowary will get $65,000 after claiming jailers put him in a cell with a white supremacist in 1996. Lowary, who's white, says he and his cellmate were attacked by other prisoners, which at the time held mostly black inmates.

The lawsuits were focused on conditions at the old Tulsa jail. It has since closed, and all inmates have been moved to the new facility. Corrections Corporation of America is now liable for any inmate complaints.
