A former Tulsa teacher accused of improperly touching a student has been sentenced to 90 days' probation.

35-year-old Rodney Flud pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and battery.

Flud was charged in October with grabbing the buttocks of a 15-year-old boy in the parking lot of a convenience store.

At the time Flud worked as a middle school science teacher.

He was fired in November and now works as a truck driver.
