Funding for construction of the dome atop the state Capitol is being threatened.

A bond package that includes the money to build the dome is being challenged in court by Stroud businessman Jack Cassidy Jr. Cassidy's attorney says the Legislature failed to act properly when deciding which projects to include in the package.

House and Senate leaders are trying to resolve the issue.
