Zacarias Moussaoui was the first person indicted following the terror attacks.

Legal experts around the world will be following the proceedings in Moussaoui's trial. Tulsa attorney Rob Nigh told the News on Six Wednesday morning not only will the actual indictments and charges be closely examined, but also the entire process will be under close scrutiny. "The world will be watching how we handle this case, and whether we're living up to the expectations of fairness and due process which we've come to expect and which the criminal justice system demands."
