The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office ruled a police shooting that left a Tulsa man dead was justified. William Cagle was shot by police in the yard of his home earlier this month.
Officers were responding to a call of shots fired, when Cagle walked out of the home holding a gun. After several warnings to drop the weapon, Cagle pointed it at officers and they fired.
The DA's office said Cagle pushed police to use deadly force.
