The Oklahoma Health Department is looking at a shortage of vaccines. Adult tetanus vaccines are a problem. And the state says it has an inadequate supply of childhood immunizations against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis.
Those shortages are expected to continue into next year. That has some doctors delaying some booster shots. And County Health Departments have been urged to delay routine tetanus boosters as well.
