OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ State health officials said Wednesday they have received Oklahoma's full allotment of flu vaccine.
County health departments now can vaccinate anyone, including healthy adults and school children.
Those at high risk of contracting the flu are people age 50 or older, residents of nursing homes, people with diabetes, immune system problems or lung disorders, pregnant women and health care workers.
``We want to encourage people to get their flu shot as soon as possible,'' said State Heath Commissioner Dr. Leslie Beitsch. ``It's not too late to protect yourself and your family from the flu or the complications associated with this disease.''
