About a dozen senior citizens will be visiting relatives around the county this holiday season thanks to Southwest Airlines.

The holiday travelers were presented with free tickets by the airline Wednesday afternoon. They are traveling to destinations from Nevada to California. Jim and Phyllis Pollock are using the tickets to visit relatives on the West Coast they have never met.

Southwest Airlines has been doing the holiday giveaway for 22 years. Each of the seniors flying this year say they will are flying despite heightened security because itâ€™s worth it to see their relatives.
