The Oklahoma Capitol is ready for the holidays. A lot of people gathered on the capitol steps Tuesday night for the lighting of this year's Christmas tree.

Governor and First Lady Cathy Keating were also there as the tree came to life in lights. The top of the capitol dome construction site has also been brightened with lights.
