This was a busy Monday afternoon for members of the Tulsa Fire Department's training academy. They were battling a blaze that was intentionally set.

The fire department teamed up with Sun Oil Company for this training exercise. It gave those participating some important experience for a more unusual call. Tulsa Fire Department training officer, Randy Brasfield, "It gives them confidence on larger fires and it gives them experience using foam systems in fighting flammable liquid fires which are different than structural fires.â€

16 trainees participated, as well as one company of firefighters looking to brush up on their skills.
