Tulsa Police continue to piece together a kidnapping, assault and shooting. And it appears the three teenage victims were not just innocent victims, but part of a drug deal between gangs.
It all began late Wednesday night when Tulsa Police found a car with five bullet holes in it on the west bank of the Arkansas River. Soon after, they found three naked boys - two 16 and one 17 years old - who said they had been beaten and sexually assaulted - then forced into the trunk of a car that was pushed toward the river. The car stopped before it went into the water. So the attackers fired several shots into the trunk. All of them missed hitting the teens inside.
Tulsa Police officer Lucky Lamons, "They jumped out of the car, into the river and then went south on the river, then up on the embankment where they were located by the Tulsa Police."
Billy and Kaisen Jones have been arrested, along with Mark Garcia and a 17-year-old male juvenile. They're charged with kidnapping, shooting with intent to kill and armed robbery.
