Tulsa Police homicide detectives found the body of a man whose head was found in the back of a truck earlier this week. They found it Wednesday afternoon near Kaw Lake, outside Ponca City. It was in a Corps of Engineers outdoor bathroom at the lake.

Police found the head of 20-year-old Tony Brooks in a cooler in the back of an impounded truck on Monday. Officers believe he was stabbed and killed at an apartment in East Tulsa earlier this month.

22-year-old Billy Baldwin is being held in connection with the murder.
