NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Two Oklahoma football players who were arrested during the weekend will play Saturday against No. 3 Nebraska, coach Bob Stoops said Tuesday.
Linebacker Teddy Lehman and reserve tight end Lance Donley were arrested early Sunday by Norman police. Donley was jailed on a charge of public intoxication and was released after posting $120 bond. Lehman was cited for disturbing the peace and interference with official process. He posted $480 bond but was not jailed.
Stoops said the players would be disciplined and that they would play Saturday.
``I don't believe the incident that happened warrants suspension,'' he said. ``I feel comfortable in our position on that.''
Lehman has started all seven games at middle linebacker for No. 2 Oklahoma. He is third on the team with 45 tackles, with one interception and four tackles for loss.
Donley has played in two games and has two catches for 12 yards.
