Tulsa County will pay $130,000 to settle a lawsuit by two women who claim they were victims of road rage, by a sheriff's deputy.

Barbara Hale and Teresa Crites allege they were assaulted by Deputy Michael Francis. The women claim Francis showed up on their doorstep last October. They say he was angry that Crites allegedly cut him off in traffic. Crites claims she was slammed against a wall and pepper-sprayed. Hale says she was shoved against a wall and off a porch.

Francis has been taken off patrol and reassigned.
