(Stillwater-AP) -- Texas Coach Mack Brown says it's time for his team to put their loss to Oklahoma behind them.

The Longhorns travel to Stillwater Saturday to take on the Oklahoma State Cowboys, who also would like to forget their loss to Missouri a week ago.

Texas' 14-to-3 loss to OU may have dashed their hopes for a national title or even the Big 12 Conference championship. But Brown says his team has a great season ahead of them.

OSU's dreams of a bowl game took a hard hit with last Saturday's 41-to-38 triple overtime loss. The Cowboys allowed a 14-to-nothing lead to slip away.

Coach Les Miles says his team has to be prepared for the Longhorns, who rank second in the Big 12 with 36-point-six points per game.

Brown says OSU has a good defense and that last week's loss to Missouri was more of a compliment to Missouri than a slam of the Cowboys' defense.
