(Norman-AP) -- Third-ranked Oklahoma is coming off two tough, emotional wins over highly ranked teams and a letdown this week might be understandable.

But Sooner teams under coach Bob Stoops have avoided such pitfalls and Stoops says the players have respect for every team they play.

Stoops says the team sticks to a routine in the way it prepares and practices and the players understand they must be at their best to win.

OU travels to Kansas Saturday and KU coach Terry Allen says there hasn't been a good time for anyone to play the Sooners in the past two years.

Kickoff is set for 6 PM.
