A West Tulsa daycare is closing at the end of the month. The Salvation Army's "Kiddie Kadet" daycare will close October 31st. It has been a popular option for low income working families, who can't afford other daycare.

The Salvation Army says 70 children attend the school, after it closes, they'll refer parents to their other daycare in north Tulsa. The Salvation Army says even with a state subsidy, the daycare has been losing money for years.
