The father of two Creek County girls allegedly raped by a Shamrock man has lost custody of his daughters. The Oklahoma Department of Human Services took custody of the girls after their father was arrested on a drug complaint.
DHS says the girls are now with their father's ex-wife. The girls' father denies the drug charges. Meanwhile authorities have charged a man in connection with raping the girls. Police say Phillip Durand assaulted the two 12 year olds when they came to his door to hand out church fliers in September.
Durand goes back to court in November.
