There are new rules to be followed if you've got a residential burglar alarm in Broken Arrow.

Starting this week, an officer will only be dispatched to your home if you've got a first response permit. Those cost $24, with a $10 annual renewal fee. Broken Arrow Police say 98% of intrusion alarm calls are false.
