35 people have filed a lawsuit against a company involved in a chemical spill at the Port of Catoosa earlier this summer. The lawsuit, filed Friday in Rogers County District Court, is against Solkatronic Chemical and the City of Tulsa-Rogers County Port Authority.
The lawsuit arises out of Solkatronic's alleged mishandling and release of the gas, arsine. The accident happened in July. The plaintiff’s in the case work at the Port of Catoosa in areas near Solkatronic and say they were injured by the inhalation of the arsine gas.
