MCII Electric*, Tulsa, Okla., is being awarded an estimated $105,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for a maximum of 800 (per year) Total Quiet Generator sets (30/60 kW) and associated testing, data items and services, over a six-year period. An appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order. Work will be performed in Tulsa, Okla., and completion is expected by Sept. 30, 2006. There were 34 bids solicited on May 23, 2001, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity.

Also, Choctaw Manufacturing and Development Corp.*, Hugo, Okla., is being awarded an estimated $55,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm-fixed-price contract for Army Space Heaters and Chemical Biological Protection Kits over a ten-year period. The acquisition will include First Article Test Requirements and the associated data items. An appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order. Work will be performed in Hugo, Okla., and completion is expected by Sept. 30, 2011. This is a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 17, 2001. This award is a Hubzone and a Section 8-A set-aside to the Choctaw Tribal Nation. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity.
