At 10:00 this morning, the Tulsa Fire Department responded to a report of a 8 inch gas line break at 3000 S. 129th E. Ave. The hissing from the line could be heard from as far as a block away.
A section of 129th East Avenue was closed off between 31st and 25th Streets.
The line was repaired approximately four hours after the reported breakage, and there were no injuries or evacuations associated with the incident.
