State fire marshals and Tulsa Fire Department investigators arrested 21-year-old Patrick Mahaffey Friday afternoon on several complaints related to a fire at the Kerr State Office building in downtown Tulsa earlier this summer. No specific charge of arson has been filed against him.
The fire was set where the Department of Corrections, Pardon and Parole board is housed. Mahaffey was arrested while at a meeting with his parole officer.
